Ajoutez 5 m\u00e8tres de ligne \u00e0 votre longueur de ligne standard car plus vos lignes seront longues et plus la puissance sera constante dans l\u2019aile \u00e0 l\u2019inverse des lignes courtes sera synonyme de mouvements rapides et saccad\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9alement, sous-toilez vous l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et utilisez l\u2019aile pour monter sur la planche, puis gardez la planche \u00e0 plat sur l\u2019eau, le but est de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la vitesse en faisant sinuso\u00efder son aile. Gardez votre centre de gravit\u00e9 au dessus de la planche et du foil pour \u00e9viter de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des mouvements parasites. N\u2019appuyez pas sur la jambe arri\u00e8re pour essayer de faire monter le foil mais charger plut\u00f4t sur la jambe avant pour le contrer. En acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant et en prenant plus de vitesse horizontale, le foil se l\u00e8vera tout seul. Pensez toujours \u00e0 r\u00e9appuyer sur la jambe avant. Il vaut mieux dans un premier temps faire toucher le foil tous les 15 m\u00e8tres, ce qui permettra d\u2019int\u00e9grer cette dimension verticale. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure, vous volerez plus longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>Pour des questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, \u00e9viter de commencer par vent de terre et \u00e9viter de vous sur toiler. Commencez dans un endroit peu fr\u00e9quent\u00e9, o\u00f9 il y a peu de kitesurfeurs et loin des baigneurs.
