Les spots les plus int\u00e9ressants pour bien d\u00e9buter en Wing sont les lacs, mais si vous habitez sur le littoral, un spot en fond de baie ou de rade peut \u00eatre ad\u00e9quat. De plus, un endroit ferm\u00e9 est plus s\u00e9curisant, notamment si vous vous \u00e9loignez trop du bord, il sera toujours possible rejoindre l\u2019autre rive et rentrer par la terre. En mer, le vent peut rapidement tourner, s\u2019accentuer ou tomber. <strong>Ne pas \u00eatre trop \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la c\u00f4te<\/strong> lorsque l&#8217;on d\u00e9bute est primordial.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les tous cas, ce plan d\u2019eau doit \u00eatre calme et d\u00e9gag\u00e9. Attention aux algues qui pourraient s\u2019accrocher dans le foil, tout comme aux objets flottants (bou\u00e9es etc) pr\u00e9sents. Privil\u00e9giez un endroit o\u00f9 il y a peu de pratiquants afin de mieux vous concentrer sur votre progression, et moins sur ce qu&#8217;il se passe autour de vous.<\/p>\n<p>N\u2019oubliez pas d\u2019avoir <strong>suffisamment de fond<\/strong> sous votre planche (on a tendance parfois \u00e0 oublier que l\u2019on a un foil !). Nous recommandons une profondeur <strong>au minimum de 30 cm de plus que la taille de votre m\u00e2t<\/strong>. Autrement dit, si vous avez un m\u00e2t de 80 cm, le fond doit \u00eatre au minimum de 1m10.<\/p>\n<p>Restez tout de m\u00eame dans une zone accessible (inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 500 m), au cas o\u00f9 vous ne parveniez pas \u00e0 rentrer debout sur votre planche. Enfin, faites attention aux effets de courant caus\u00e9s par les mar\u00e9es ou la houle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"image-annotation-text-container image-annotation-text-left\">\n  <div class=\"image-annotation-text-img\">\n        \n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/srokacompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/WingFoil-SROKA-1.jpg\" alt=\"trouver sport d\u00e9butants wing foil\" \/>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"image-annotation-text-text-container\">\n        <div class=\"image-annotation-text-description\"><p>Les conditions de vent les plus ad\u00e9quates pour d\u00e9buter sont autour <strong>des 15 noeuds<\/strong> (pour permettre de prendre un peu de vitesse et faire d\u00e9coller le foil). Le vent doit id\u00e9alement \u00eatre r\u00e9gulier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evitez (voir m\u00eame oubliez) une sortie par vent de terre<\/strong>, qui pourrait vous emporter au large. En effet, il sera difficile pour vous de remonter au vent dans un premier temps, et d&#8217;autant plus pour rentrer quand vous serez loin du bord.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les vents de mer ne sont pas aussi les plus faciles<\/strong> : ils vous poussent vers le bord de la plage, et risquent de vous faire toucher rapidement le sable avec votre foil. De plus, le vent de mer pousse plus fortement l&#8217;eau et cr\u00e9e de la houle, ce qui peut davantage vous d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: revert;font-size: revert;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif\">LES CONDITIONS DE VENT\u200b\u200b<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il sera donc plus difficile pour vous de monter sur la planche (\u00e0 cause des vagues) et vous serez tr\u00e8s rapidement rabattu vers la plage (\u00e0 cause du vent de mer). Ce qui en cons\u00e9quence, r\u00e9duira votre temps de pratique car vous vous trouverez rapidement proche du bord.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019id\u00e9al est donc un vent de c\u00f4t\u00e9 (sideshore)<\/strong>. Si vous naviguez en mer, celle-ci doit \u00eatre id\u00e9alement peu agit\u00e9e avec peu de clapots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous vous recommandons de ne pas vous aventurer sur des spots qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00e9tudi\u00e9s et rep\u00e9r\u00e9s au pr\u00e9alable<\/strong>. La m\u00e9t\u00e9o marine \u00e9tant changeante et al\u00e9atoire, il est essentiel de <strong>rester relativement <\/strong><strong>proche de la c\u00f4te<\/strong>\u00a0pour pouvoir rentrer facilement et rapidement si le vent tourne, forcit ou tombe compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"image-annotation-text-container image-annotation-text-left\">\n  <div class=\"image-annotation-text-img\">\n        \n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/srokacompany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/SPOT-DE-WING-FOIL.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"image-annotation-text-text-container\">\n        <div class=\"image-annotation-text-description\"><h3>LA SAISONNALITE\u200b<\/h3>\n<p>Selon votre localisation, <strong>\u00e9vitez de d\u00e9buter lors des p\u00e9riodes de fortes affluences<\/strong> (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9), o\u00f9 <strong>les spots sont surfr\u00e9quent\u00e9s<\/strong>. <strong>Eloignez-vous des zones de baignade<\/strong> et autres pratiquants de sports nautiques. L&#8217;un des avantages de ce sport c&#8217;est qu&#8217;il permet de s&#8217;\u00e9loigner rapidement au large en nageant sur sa planche.\u00a0 <strong>V\u00e9rifiez bien sous votre vent qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait personne quand vous naviguez<\/strong>.
