Dann positioniere ich den Fl\u00fcgel \u00fcber dem Kopf und beschr\u00e4nke ihn mit der hinteren Hand, wobei ich darauf achte, dass die Enden des Fl\u00fcgels das Wasser nicht ber\u00fchren. Stellen Sie Ihren vorderen Fu\u00df auf das Brett und dr\u00fccken Sie sich mit dem Bein ab, um Ihren zweiten Fu\u00df \u00fcber dem Mast zu platzieren. Nehmen Sie Geschwindigkeit auf und fliegen Sie davon.   <\/p>\n<p>Um anzuhalten, lassen Sie die hintere Hand los, verringern Sie die H\u00f6he und legen Sie das Brett ins Wasser.
