Une tr\u00e8s bonne planche pour s\u2019initier au surf foil. Au niveau du foil, nous vous recommandons la gamme HA en 1190 L pour d\u00e9buter, c\u2019est un bon compromis puissance glisse qui vous permettra de faire vos premi\u00e8res armes. Dans un optique de recherche d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, nous vous conseillons la gamme UHA qui va optimiser le pumping et vous permettre de gagner en efficacit\u00e9. \u00a0 Reste \u00e0 ce poser la question d\u2019un foil carbone ou en aluminium. It will vary according to your foil. It is imperative to leave a safety margin with the bottom under foil.  <\/p>\n<p>Ask the locals, or take a close look at the water. Waves that break very close to the shore will be more complicated to get up and out quickly. Waves far from the shore will be easier and allow you to optimize your surfing time. De-programme the way you think about your spot, just like in surfing. You don&#8217;t need a wave that breaks, you don&#8217;t need a big wave, instead look for all the waves that nobody wants (soft, that break and reform, a ripple&#8230;).    <\/p>\n<p>The spot doesn&#8217;t need big wave conditions. That&#8217;s the advantage of Surf-Foil: you can get up on a wave with a gentle slope and a height of less than 60 cm.
