Nombreux sont les mod\u00e8les, les formes de pale et de manche, les mat\u00e9riaux ainsi que les tailles et syst\u00e8mes de fixation possibles.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ramer correctement et \u00eatre efficace dans le mouvement sans se faire mal au dos, <strong>la longueur de la pagaie doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la taille du pratiquant. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif est que chaque coup de pagaie soit efficace. Pour \u00e7a, la pale doit \u00eatre immerg\u00e9e int\u00e9gralement pour avoir le meilleur rendement possible.<br \/>\nSi vous effleurez l\u2019eau avec l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la pagaie vous ne pourrez pas atteindre une vitesse optimale et vous risquez d&#8217;\u00eatre d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019inverse une pagaie trop grande entra\u00eenera des mouvements lents et fatigants notamment dans l\u2019action de ramener sa pagaie vers l\u2019avant.<br \/>\nSi le pratiquant est raide lorsqu\u2019il rame, alors il y a de grandes chances que sa pagaie soit trop grande. Pagayer implique d\u2019utiliser tout le haut du buste et pas seulement les bras, il est naturel de devoir se pencher en avant lors du geste de rame pour obtenir plus d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9.
