Vous allez dans un premier temps vous asseoir comme en surf sur votre board et positionner votre aile dans le bon sens. Ensuite, il vous faudra vous mettre \u00e0 genoux sur votre\u00a0planche de wing foil. Pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 vous mettre \u00e0 genoux vous pouvez tenir la planche avec votre main avant afin d&#8217;avoir plus d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre. Faites attention \u00e0 bien garder le leash de votre aile dans votre main pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elle ne se retourne. Une fois que vous avez atteint le point d&#8217;\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 genoux, vous pouvez \u00e9quilibrer la planche avec votre jambe arri\u00e8re. Le nez de votre board doit \u00eatre point\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers le haut.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous vous sentez \u00e0 l&#8217;aise, prenez la\u00a0wing\u00a0\u00e0 deux mains afin de prendre un peu de vent et ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un peu de vitesse pour augmenter votre stabilit\u00e9. De cette fa\u00e7on, il vous sera plus facile de passer de la position \u00e0 genoux \u00e0 la position debout. Vous pouvez lever progressivement le pied avant d\u00e8s que vous commencez \u00e0 avancer. Une fois que vous le sentez, vous pouvez \u00e9galement lever le pied arri\u00e8re et continuer \u00e0 avancer petit \u00e0 petit.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui est important c&#8217;est d&#8217;avoir un bon appuis dans votre wing et de commencer \u00e0 avancer. La planche va progressivement sortir de l&#8217;eau gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la puissance g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la wing.
