Concentrate on wing position and support. <\/p>\n<p>Frequent errors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When I&#8217;m against the wind, the wing pushes me towards the outside of the turn and makes me fall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Solution:<\/b> before arriving upwind (against the wind), push on your front hand to position your wing above your head and pull on your back hand at the same time. This will allow you to position your kite in line with the wind to prevent the wing from throwing you off balance. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rotation too wide and my board hits the water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Solution:<\/b> reduce your radius of curvature to turn tighter and regain speed more quickly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n  <\/div><div class=\"titre-text-cta-container\">\n      <h2 class=\"titre-text-cta-titre sommaire-titles\">Key points for a successful 360\u00b0 wing shot foil<\/h2>\n    <div class=\"titre-text-cta-text\"><ul>\n<li><strong>Start as a jibe;<\/strong> tiptoe to catch the wind direction<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tilt your wing with the leading board facing the water<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Continue your rotation, <strong>when the wing starts to push against you,<\/strong> it&#8217;s time to <strong>push again on the front hand and pull on the back hand.<\/strong> The wing&#8217;s leading edge comes to rest above your head.
