The Wing SROKA V4<\/b> is the culmination of several generations of development, aimed at creating an ultra-polyvalent (4×4)<\/b> and accessible wing. It is designed for beginners<\/b> looking for a stable platform to learn on, as well as for experienced<\/b> pilots wanting a comfortable wing for Freefly, Freeride and Waveriding. <\/p>\n

Key V4 innovations<\/h3>\n

V4 builds on the strengths of V3 and incorporates significant improvements based on user feedback:<\/p>\n

  1. Rigid Handles (New for V4):<\/b> This is the major change. The kite is now equipped with rigid handles<\/b>, offering better control<\/b>, increased reactivity and easier management of pumping<\/i> and planning starts. The angle of the front handle has also been optimized for one-handed freeflying<\/i>. <\/li>\n
  2. Reduced wingspan:<\/b> The wingspan has been reduced by more than 25 cm<\/b> on all sizes. This makes the wing much more compact and maneuverable<\/b>, preventing the tips from touching the water when maneuvering or flying low, a major advantage for small sizes and waveriding<\/i>. <\/li>\n
  3. Aerodynamic profile and stability :<\/b>\n

    • Hollow distribution and panel orientation have been optimized to better maintain the profile<\/b> and improve in-flight stability<\/b>, even in rough conditions.<\/li>\n
    • The canopy<\/i> tension has been improved to give more power at low revs, facilitating early starts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Robust materials:<\/b> The leading edge and center batten are made of Dacron DP175<\/b> (high density) for excellent rigidity and durability. The sail uses 54g\/m2 Spi Triple Ripstop<\/b> for lightness and tear resistance. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
