The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Packages damaged during transport that have been accepted as such by the recipient, or that have not been checked in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale of Sroka Shop and the carrier. Packages travel at the recipient’s risk. Even if the package appears to be in perfect condition, you should check its contents in front of the carrier. Never write “subject to unpacking”. We cannot take returns if these instructions are not respected.
- Products purchased more than two years ago and outside the European warranty, or outside the period of any warranty extension provided by Sroka Shop beyond these two years
- Second-hand and second-hand products purchased second-hand or products that have not been purchased from authorized dealers or Sroka Shop
- Any product that has not been used under normal and compliant conditions
- Any product that has suffered damage caused by neglect or misuse, such as:
- Excessive exposure to sun or heat
- Modification of equipment
- Poor storage or maintenance
- Improper use of pressure relief valves and screws
- Damage not resulting from a manufacturing defect
- Non-rinsing of equipment
- By unsuitable technical use (jumps, competitions, rental, etc.)
- Equipment used in the shore-break, in unsuitable weather conditions
The delivered product does not meet your order or expectations
Your withdrawal period for all online purchases is 14 days, in accordance with the legislation in force. The withdrawal period for in-store purchases is not the responsibility of Sroka Shop, but of the retailer. Any lack of conformity of the product upon receipt or of the order must be notified to Sroka Shop within 7 days of receipt of the package, otherwise no return will be possible. For Paddles.
We guarantee 1 year for air leaks on the board and 2 years for PVC. The paddles are guaranteed for normal use (Any impact on a composite blade that will cause a subsequent problem cannot be taken into account.)
Sroka Shop reserves the full and undivided right to decide whether or not to cover the warranty, by examining the file (including photos and possibly by direct visual and technical inspection of the material) clearly showing the defect(s) of the product. If the product is declared defective by Sroka Shop, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only. Sroka Shop, alone, reserves the right to decide on the replacement or repair. Sroka Shop is not responsible for any additional cost, loss or damage resulting from misuse of this product. LReturns are at the customer’s expense and must be made in their original packaging. In the event of a pick-up accepted by Sroka Shop, the return of the new or repaired product will be at the expense of Sroka Shop.
