Sunshine is abundant throughout the year, with exceptional levels of sunshine from April to October. Keep in mind that prices and tourist numbers increase considerably during the summer months. The ideal time to visit is therefore outside the peak summer season. For swimming, the water temperature is pleasant between June and October.
To get to Corsica, you have two options: plane (the fastest) or ferry . Flying will take you directly to Ajaccio or Bonifacio, with regular flights from many French cities. As for the ferry, you'll find daily crossings from Marseille, Toulon, and Nice to Ajaccio.
