Life is good on the island of Fuerteventura thanks to its mild climate, with abundant sunshine and the trade winds blowing from the northeast of the Canary Islands. All the conditions are therefore perfect for watersports. The wind blows all year round and the temperatures are pleasant , both summer and winter. Air temperatures range from 22°C to 31°C, while water temperatures range from 18°C to 23°C. One of our favorite playgrounds for wing foiling , surf foiling, and kitesurfing!
Furthermore, it's an accessible destination , both in terms of travel time and cost. You'll find affordable direct flights from the mainland, depending on the season. Once there, the cost of living is relatively low.
