The 550 S HA has been designed so that the more pressure you put on the front leg to accelerate, the faster and more stable it is, while retaining exceptional low-end power for early take-off. Its incredible high-speed stability will give you all the confidence you need to push your limits.
It can be used for wing foil, kitefoil and tow in.
Wing foil
The HA 550 S will help you push back your speed limits. Are you aiming for speeds in excess of 30 knots and want to beat your record? The HA 550S will help you. From 17 knots of wind for an 80 kg weight and a suitable board, you’ll be able to take off pumping.
In tow-in, wave size limits are non-existent. Loaded with adrenalin, the surfer takes on waves he’s never surfed before. Maximum speeds approach 34 knots.
Kitefoil: you like to practice different sports and you want to kitefoil and winger at full speed with ease? Are you looking for a front wing that lets you kitefoil at full speed without limits? Then you’ve come to the right place.

Front fin: The Speed profile of the HA 550 S enables impressive average and Vmax speeds to be achieved while maintaining exceptional stability. The lengthening of the HA 550 S wing also improves stability. With a wingspan of 678 cm and a gear ratio of 8.3, this racing beast will enable you to reach Vmax in excess of 35 knots.
Wingtips: the tips are refined and designed to reduce disturbance and increase manoeuvrability.

This front wing is designed for those who want to go fast and push their limits. The limit will no longer be the equipment, but your ability to go fast. This 550 S HA wing starts relatively early and can be used from 18 knots of wind for a weight of 75 kg.
To fully exploit this type of wing, you need to have a good technical level or be very light. A scrambled level ++ is recommended with good pumping efficiency (wing/board) to start early.
This wing is not for beginners. It can be used for small guys but will not allow you to start.
The 180 cm2 stabilizer is ideally suited to the 550 S HA. The 240 cm2 will work, but will slow down the foil.
To go fast, the foil must be moved back on the board.
We therefore recommend a fairly far-back position for people weighing 80 kg or less.
A heavier gauge will have to advance the foil into the US rails.
The ideal stabilizer is the 180 cm2. We recommend putting a little positive angle on the stab between 0’75 and 1.5° depending on your level and size.
Yes, this front wing can be adapted to the Sfoil Alu or the Carbon foils. The performance will be better on carbon foils because the glide will be significantly improved with a thinner mast. However, with an Alu foil, you can get close to 26-27 kts of vmax with this fin if you’re good.
Technically, there are no restrictions on board size. But the wider and longer the board, the less effective the fin. So ideally, in the SROKA range, you should use board sizes smaller than 5’3 superfly in 86 l or on LW 5’7 and 6’2.
The smaller the board, the greater the yield.
We recommend this fin for Wingfoil, Kitefoil and Tow in towed surfing.
