This 810 S HA front wing is the perfect compromise to do it all. If you’re looking for stability and speed with a great glide and being able to pump, then this is the front wing for you. If you are looking for the minimum of equipment with two wings: Go on the 1190 S or the 950 S and take this 810 which will allow you to sail from 13 knots to 40 knots.
This front wing starts very early, thanks to a generous chord in the center of the fin. It will allow you to leave very early without any problems. So you don’t need to be a world champion to sail it, you just need to be willing to pick up more speed at the start to start taking off.
A ++ proficiency level is recommended (jibing, tacking, willingness to exceed 20 knots of speed).
The 180 Stabilizer is perfect with this 810 S HA. Ideally, keep the 180 cm2 to opt for performance. The 240 cm2 can be used for more forgiveness and ease, but it will be slower.
To go fast, the foil must be moved back on the board.
We therefore recommend a fairly far-back position for people weighing 80 kg or less.
A heavier gauge will have to advance the foil into the US rails.
The ideal stabilizer is the 180 cm2. We recommend putting a little positive angle on the stab between 0’5 and 1° depending on your level and size. This will maximize the pressure on the front leg and thus better control your attitude and speed.
Of course, a slightly lighter jig will be less angular, while a heavier jig will be more angular.
Yes, this front wing can be adapted to the Sfoil Alu or the Carbon foils. The performance will be better on carbon foils because the glide will be significantly improved with a thinner mast. However, with an Alu foil, you can get close to 25-26 kts of Vmax with this fin if you’re good.
Technically, there are no restrictions on board size. But the longer the board, the less effective this fin will be. Ideally, therefore, in the SROKA range, you should use board sizes smaller than 5’7 105 l for us.
The smaller the board, the better the performance.
We recommend this fin for Wingfoil, Kitefoil and Tow in towed surfing and in Surf foil for good riders.
Yes. Like all our products, Sroka foils are covered by a two-year warranty!
