A mid- lenght board to optimize light wind and freefly in all conditions. Ideal for inland waters for maximum session optimization.
Presentation
You won’t have any more excuses to fly earlier than everyone else!
Halfway between a wing board and a downwind board, a true hybrid that will cover many conditions.
With the LW 5’7 to 6’6, discover the pinnacle of the wing experience foil where every aspect of this board is designed to offer you unrivalled benefits in terms of performance, comfort, control and durability. It’s part of the Elite Range, which means every board comes with a top-of-the-range cover.
Glide effortlessly! Tired of watching others sail? Change the way you sail by using the LW range. You dream of leaving twice as early as everyone else and, for once, the choice is very simple with only 3 sizes of boards.
Longer board that will make it easier to take off in light to steady wind conditions. It works perfectly on flat water or in swells.
Built in full carbon with a sandwich part to gain stiffness and strength where you really need it.
Board width plays a fundamental role in optimizing foil ‘s performance in light conditions. A stiff carbon board will bring responsiveness, responsiveness and maneuverability. That’s why we’ve developed the Elite range that meets all your most extreme requirements.

Shape
Reduction of the widths of the LW to start very early.
In order for a board to leave early, you need to reduce its area of friction with the water. The width of the board is the main factor. So go up to twice as early with the LW SROKA range. 3 sizes, 3 board widths, 20 – 21 – 22 inches wide. It takes a little practice to master, but it’s a new way to glide with your foil. Optimize your light wind or carving sessions in the waves even more. It’s a call to absolute freedom using a little foil underfoot!
Length to glide fast and hard.
We have lengthened the length of the board to start early, slide hard and thus generate more lift on your foil. A short board requires a lot of power at the foil level to go. This involves having large front fins. A long, thin board allows you to pick up speed quickly and use a much smaller foil. It can be used in light wind or in waves to carve on the swell with small foils. 3 board sizes to suit all riders: 5’7 – 6’2 and 6’6 for heavier riders. It can also be used as a downwind board for small riders.

Flat hull with a slight V on the front for easy departures in light wind
The flat hull of the board with a slight V at the front makes it easy to start and touch and allows for quick acceleration with little effort. This hull maximizes acceleration for a low-effort take-off. Biting rails on the rear make it easy to get started.
Combined with a generous and refocused volume, you will have one of the earliest boards on the market (comparison with the same size and volume).

Cuts Out for reduced drag.
The cut-outs are located all over the back of the board to reduce drag at the start or when touching and thus avoid braking when the back of the board touches the water while pumping, for example. Cut-outs also contribute to exceptional acceleration and an ultra-fast start.

Choosing the board size for the Wingfoil
Size | Resourceful | Expert |
---|---|---|
5'7 | <70 | <85 |
6'2 | <80 | <95 |
6'6 | <90 | <105 |
Depending on your experience in board sports, adjust according to this table. Very comfortable in board sports, you can start with the smaller size. If not, take the next size up. If you overestimate yourself, you will progress more slowly.
Choosing the board size for the Prone
Size | Resourceful | Expert |
---|---|---|
5'7 | <75 | <85 |
6'2 | <85 | <95 |
6'6 | nc | nc |
This range of boards is not for beginners.
With the aim of practicing both spots: prone and Wing foil. Favor the board size for the prone which requires more power to go because you will have to do a take off and propel yourself to the pad.

Avis Clients
Don’t overestimate yourself.
- If you weigh less than 75 kg, go for the 5’7 LW unless you’re an expert.
- If you weigh around 85 kg, go for the 6’2 LW.
- If you’re over 95 kg, go for the 6’6 LW.
If you’re sailing on a lake, don’t hesitate to go up a size. Freshwater carries less weight than seawater. So if you want to optimize light wind conditions, don’t hesitate to size up.
If you are equipped with the right powerful, high-performance 6m wing with a foil in 1350cm2 or 1550 cm2, you can expect to start from 6-7 knots of constant wind for a 75 kg sailor with a good level of pumping.
With a smaller foil type 950 HA S or 930 UHA, you will start at around 10 knots.
With a wing, without any problem, you can downwind with this type of board. This will give you the manoeuvrability and glide you need to ride any swell?
With a parawing, you can go downwind without hesitation.
The LW is designed for experienced/experienced riders who are looking for responsiveness. If you are just starting out, we advise you to choose another range of boards that are more suited to your level (the Sky Rider).
The 6′ and 6’4 (144 and 155L) inflatable boards are ideal for beginners. Those who want a high-performance board to take with them wherever they go will opt for the 5’3 (120L).
To start winging foil, you need a board with volume and, above all, a little width. Don’t overestimate yourself. For those weighing less than 70kg, you can opt for the 5’5 or 5’4 Sky Rider 90L. From 70 to 80, 5’7 or 5’8. Otherwise 6’0 or 6’3.
Yes. All foil Sroka wing boards come with a two-year warranty.
For this range, we use the best materials and the best construction on the market (full carbon and PVC carbon sandwich under the pads, with 3 layers of carbon on the rails) so as not to make disposable products, but durable, high-performance ones.
The Superfly range can be adapted to beginners if you are a kid or very light. We do not recommend these sizes of boards to start wingfoiling.
You need to choose a wing board foil suited to your size and level (with or without a level in board sports).
Especially when you’re just starting out, you shouldn’t overestimate yourself at the risk of not being able to progress. You shouldn’t go below the Sky Rider 5’4 or 5’5 and its 90L for beginners. The Sky Rider 5’7 or 5’8 (105L) models are perfect for riders weighing between 70 and 95 kg. If you’re over that weight, or have no experience of snow sports, we recommend the 6’0 or 6’3.
You can opt for the Air 6′ and 6’4 inflatable models which will be perfect for beginners for most sizes, from 70Kg and more. Another criterion in the choice of the board is the quality of the construction and materials. The build quality determines whether your board is going to last more than one season or not and whether it will really perform. We build our boards in full sandwich PVC carbon or fiberglass, the best there is. Check out our video on how to build wingfoil boards here.
Yes, this type of board can also be adapted for prone. As the board is long and narrow, there is a great glide that allows you to start very early on the swell trains by rowing.
We advise you to rinse your equipment well with clean water and not to store it outside or in very hot, very cold or very humid places. Do not open the pressure relief screw on the LWs. It’s a goretex valve. So there’s no need to touch it. But common sense prevails. Like you wouldn’t leave your phone in direct sunlight in the car. The same goes for your board. The temperature rises to over 75°C in a car in direct sunlight. For equipment to last a long time, maintain it and avoid subjecting it to heavy shocks or high temperatures.
