Foil - SROKA Control Range

Start early, carve smoothly and have fun in all conditions. With S-Foil Control, you choose simplicity without sacrificing sensation:

Designed for absolute control and stability in turns rather than pure performance, S-Foil Control takes off early, doesn't stall or ventilate, even when engaged in the wave. Its moderate aspect ratio gives you maximum control, whether in the longitudinal or lateral axis.

The range comes in 4 surfaces (680, 820, 950 and 1250 cm²) to cover all sizes, all winds and all freeride practices. Each wing is plug and play and compatible with the entire SROKA modularity.

The Control range is multi-discipline and multi-size. It excels in Wingfoil (freeride, Surf foil, cruising), in Kitefoil (long-distance freeride, simplicity), in Surf foil (radical carving shortboard style) and in SUP foil. The 680 also opens up tow-in practice.

Who is S-Foil Control for?

• for Intermediate riders who want to progress with ease, with a foil that takes off early and forgives weight distribution errors
• for advanced riders who want to carve easily and link turns fluidly

It's a carving-focused range: it's made for riding waves, jibbing effortlessly and navigating smoothly in chop or strong wind. It's not designed for long Pumping sessions (check out the UHA range) or for racing (look at the HA range).

Choosing S-Foil Control means opting for a foil that will follow you through your progression, from first flight to engaged carving.

Front wing

The profile has been optimized to take off early and glide fast with ease, with smooth takeoff. Three elements make up the signature of the range:

• Widened Chord: it exits the water early and provides immediate lift at low speeds, as well as excellent longitudinal stability (foil trim).
• Moderate Aspect ratio: it gives you maximum control in any direction and great stability in turns, for progressive and controlled acceleration.
• Curved shape: it keeps the tips in the water during turns, limits stalling and ventilation, and prevents crashes.

Tail wing / stabilizer

All our stabilizers work with this foil. A larger stab gives you more ease and stability; a smaller stab reduces drag and gains maneuverability, but will take off slightly later if you're not yet comfortable.

Mast

The 80 cm mast is the standard size. For Wake foil or Surf foil, go with a 70 cm. In Wingfoil, 80 or 90 cm will be perfect.

Fuselage

The 68 cm fuselage is the standard size: it brings you maximum stability in the longitudinal axis. A shorter fuselage makes the foil more playful and snappier, ideal for unleashing your riding.

Connection

Our connection system hasn't evolved in 4 years, because we're convinced of its effectiveness. All our foils screw in M8: a guarantee of stiffness, maximum rigidity and plug and play without adapter across the entire SROKA range.

High-end construction

The S-Foil Control is built with the noblest materials: high-end pre-preg carbon combined with T6061 T6 aluminum used in aviation and resistant to marine environments. This selection of materials, paired with a profile extensively developed by a doctor in hydrodynamics based in Brittany, makes Control a model of performance and durability.

Tested and approved

Every SROKA product has been developed, tested and approved by Bruno SROKA (3× world kitesurfing champion and adventurer) and his team. We pride ourselves on ensuring that every product is high-end, easy to use, of impeccable quality and comfort, and durable over time.

Mindful of our environmental impact, we develop our products with a maximized lifespan to limit the use of new resources: the most resistant materials, adhesives that comply with environmental standards. Some of our customers and rental shops have been using our products for over 8 years without replacing them. 2-year warranty.

The larger the surface, the more you gain in lift, stability and easy takeoff. The smaller it is, the more you gain in speed, maneuverability and tight carving. For an 80 kg rider, takeoff ranges from 13 kts (1250) to 17 kts (680), for a wind range of 12 to 30+ kts depending on size.

1250 cm² — The most versatile. Maximum lift, early takeoff and top longitudinal stability. Perfect in light wind (12 to 18 kts), for heavier riders (95 kg and over) or for discovering carving in smaller sizes. Paired with a 300 stab, it makes takeoff even easier.

950 cm² — The balanced best-seller. More maneuverability than the 1250, perfect for versatile wing foil freeride. Ideal in medium wind (15 to 22 kts) and for riders weighing 70 to 95 kg. Precise turns, smooth glide.

820 cm² — More committed and faster. Designed for steady wind (18 to 25 kts), radical carving and wing surf. Suits riders weighing 70 to 85 kg or riders who want to push their practice.

680 cm² — The fastest and most maneuverable. Made for strong wind (20 kts and above), radical surf foil, tow-in and smaller riders (under 70 kg).
