What is a SROKA Parawing kit?

A SROKA Parawing kit combines the FYNIX and an Elite range board in full sandwich carbon. The FYNIX is the first Parawing with true dynamic depower-power system thanks to the PushBar System®. Two boards are offered: the Mid-Length LW and the DW 7'2. The foil is not included, as these kits are designed for riders already equipped.

Which Parawing kit to choose?

FYNIX + Mid-Length LW kit: one board for two practices

The Mid-Length LW V2 is the board that bridges Wing foil and Parawing. Its elongated shape glides early, making takeoff easier in Parawing. The rest of the time, it remains your light wind Wing foil board. It comes in 5'4 (65 L), 5'8 (75 L), 6'0 (90 L) and 6'4 (105 L).

FYNIX + DW 7'2 kit: Parawing, SUP foil, Downwind and light wind

The DW 7'2 is a versatile board: Parawing, SUP foil and Downwind. It takes off in the lightest conditions and offers long glide. It comes in 7'2 x 20 (110 L) and 7'2 x 22 (125 L).

Which FYNIX size to choose?

The FYNIX comes in 3, 4, 5 and 6 m². Established wind ranges for an 80 kg rider, plus the gusts handled thanks to the PushBar System® :

  • 6 m²: 8 to 16 knots established, gusts up to 20 knots
  • 5 m²: 10 to 20 knots established, gusts up to 25 knots
  • 4 m²: 14 to 24 knots established, gusts up to 29 knots
  • 3 m²: 23 to 30 knots established, gusts up to 35 knots and more

Reference: LW 105 L board and foil from the UHA range. The top of the range corresponds to gusts, not comfortable established wind. To refine according to your size, consult our guide which Parawing size to choose.

Why does the PushBar System® change the practice?

The lines slide inside the carbon bar. You push the bar to depower and you pull to power up. By pushing, the back of the wing releases: it becomes less powerful and accepts the gust instead of suffering it, without changing the angle of attack. You sail fuller and you handle up to 5 knots more gust. The PushBar System® is a registered trademark, patent pending.

Which foil to pair with your Parawing kit?

To start in Parawing, a foil of 1,300 to 1,500 cm² with high aspect ratio works well, like the UHA range. All the explanations are in our guide which foil to choose in Parawing.
