FUSION TECHNOLOGY:

Fusion technology is a primary step in board construction. The upper part of the PVC dropstitch (dense polyester filaments) is fused with the second layer of PVC. This High-Tech technology has the advantage of saving nearly 2 kg (20%) on the overall weight of the board. It also improves the visual appearance of the board, making it smoother and more pleasant to the touch. This also increases the longevity of the product by avoiding delamination problems that can be found on some brands.

Finally, this increases the stiffness of the board by nearly 30% and thus avoids over-inflating the boards. We recommend inflation around 15 – 17 PSI maximum.
