The new generation Sky Rider boards have become even more performant, more maneuverable and compact. We maintain an ultra-versatile shape (tomo type). It will allow you to progress without being limited by board size. These new shapes are shorter and more compact for equal volume. The S-Foil Progress - The foil to start and progress quickly

The S-Foil Progress (formerly S-Foil Classic) is the new reference foil for those discovering wing foil. Designed to be immediately accessible, it forgives placement errors, stabilizes flight and helps you progress quickly in your learning. Its new more forgiving profile and wide choice of wing surfaces (1500 · 1750 · 2000 · 2200 cm²) allow for early takeoff, even with light wind, and to work on your balance, your jibes and your transitions - without struggling against your equipment.

But what really makes the S-Foil Progress stand out is its total scalability: mast, fuselage, stabilizer and front wing are 100% interchangeable with the entire SROKA range. When you're ready to level up, you don't buy a new foil - you simply change one element to upgrade it. The same M8 hardware and connection of each element, unchanged for 5 years, guarantees total compatibility with all Control, HA and UHA ranges.

Investing in the S-Foil Progress means investing in a setup that will grow with you. The pack includes everything: complete hardware, carry case, protective covers for the front and back wings. The wings are in prepreg carbon, the fuselage and mast in aeronautical-grade T6061 aluminum.

Choosing your wing foil board

The board size should be chosen based on several criteria. Our board shapes for starting wing foil are quite square, which allows you to gain greatly in stability and thus facilitate your learning.

1. If you are young or older, your flexibility and balance are not the same.
2. Whether you are heavy or light, tall or short, your balance is not the same and therefore, consequently, the size of the board will need to be adapted to your weight and height. For example, a person who is 1m60 and weighs 60 kg can easily use a 5'4 x 26.7 board with 94 L. Conversely, a person weighing 100 kg and 1m80 tall will rather choose a 6'0 x 29.5 board with 120 L.

I would like to provide important information. Everyone talks about volume, but volume is a length x width x thickness. So, with equal volume, you can have two completely different boards with stabilities that are clearly not the same. The stability of a board primarily depends on the shape of the board and its width. Then, thickness and length are criteria to take into account.

Choosing your Wing foil wing

The choice of a wing depends on where you will be sailing and your build. If you live in a place where there is always very strong wind, you will need to reduce the size of the wing, even for beginners. If you live near a lake with wind that is not very regular, you will need to choose a larger Wing foil wing in that case.

As a general rule, the information below will help you better choose your wing.

For foil choice:

If you have a smaller build, you will need to take a smaller foil and vice versa.

As a general rule, beginners start with a 1750 cm2, 2000 cm2 or 2200 cm2.

If you weigh between 60 and 90 kg: go for a 1750 cm2

If you weigh between 85 and 100 kg go for a 2000 cm2

If you weigh more than 95 kg go for a 2200 cm2

If you sail on an inland water surface or a place where there is not much wind, take a size above to facilitate your takeoff.
