It’s not enough to have a mast that doesn’t flex. Twisting is fundamental and our draping plan optimizes this aspect. The stiffer a mast is and the less twist there is, the more responsive the foil will be under your feet. Each interlocking and accessory has been worked to maintain maximum rigidity and reliability.
The SOLO mast consists of 84 layers of M40J High Modulus carbon fibers, combined with 56 layers of standard carbon fibers, arranged at 0° and 45° to optimize the torsion and bending of the mast.
With the SOLO mast you have one of the foils that best combines reliability and feel for years to come.
